The [[Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth]] is part of the [[Star Kingdom of Manticore|Manticoran]] [[Orders of Chivalry]].  The highest rank, Knight Grand Commander, is held by the Monarch.<ref name="HH12">{{HH12}}</ref>

According to [[Admiralty Order 1006-05]], this award is granted for personal service and dedication to The Royal Manticoran Navy: An Honor Harrington Fan Association. An example of this would be giving up a weekend every month to hold recruiting drives at conventions around the country, or arranging guest speakers at our Annual Meeting at Shore Leave. The six awardable classes with post nominal letters are Knight Grand Cross (GCE), Knight Commander (KDE), Knight Companion (KCE), Knight (KE), Officer (OE) and Member (ME). The highest class, Knight Grand Commander (GDE) is reserved for the Monarch and therefore not awarded. This order is not hereditary. ==How to Obtain==
The levels of induction for the Order are as follows:
 
* Member, Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth – Donations up to, and including $100 (minimum Donation for Induction $50)
* Officer, Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth – Donations ranging from $101 up to, and including $150
* Knight, Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth – Donations ranging from $151 up to, and including $200
* Knight Companion, Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth – Donations ranging from $201 up to, and including $300
* Knight Commander, Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth – Donations ranging from $301 up to, and including $400
* Knight Grand Cross, Most Regal order of Queen Elizabeth – Multiple (at least three) Donations at the Knight Commander Level
 
Donations may be cumulative over time and promotion within the Order will be given as a member reached the next tier.  However, only six promotions per member are allowed.<ref name="AO1102-16"> </ref>
