Effective as of 0001 Hours on October 15, 2014, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Helen, BC-570. This is an Agamemnon Class Battle Cruiser and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet, based in Hillsboro, OR.

The following personnel are assigned to HMS Helen, BC-570:

• Captain, j.g. Ian Graham (and assigned as CO of HMS Helen)
• Commander Kim Blackburn (and assigned as XO of HMS Helen)
• CPO Chip Delyria (and assigned as Bosun of HMS Helen)
