My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on November 1, 2014, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Princess Samantha, CA-100, under the command of Captain (j.g.) Karolyn Byers. This is a Prince Consort Class Heavy Cruiser and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Waynseboro, VA.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Princess Samantha:
- Captain (j.g.) Karolyn Byers (and assigned as CO, HMS Princess Samantha)
- Commander Linda Needham (and assigned as XO, HMS Princess Samantha)
- Senior Chief Petty Officer Richard Johnson (and assigned as Bosun, HMS Princess Samantha)

- Spacer 3rd Class Avis Needham
- Spacer 3rd Class Paula Johnson
