As the RMMC has grown, so to have its units. Some Regiments are now large enough to support a command staff. Therefore, as of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, the following is instituted with regards to Regimental Command Staffs.
One of my goals as Marshal of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps is not only to build out the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps but also find a way to increase participation in various areas within the organization. <br>
Composition:
Therefore, as of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby institute the MARDET Combat Readiness Program within the RMMC.<br><br>
Regimental Command Staffs shall be comprised of; a Commanding Officer (CO), Executive Officer (XO), and Regimental Sergeant Major (RSGM). Members of the Regimental Command Staff may not hold any other billet within the regiment they command. Nor can they hold any other billet within the direct chain of command or that which would create a conflict of interest.

A Regimental Commanding Officer may maintain a small staff to help with the operation of the Regiment. The staff positions are:
1. The RMMC Combat Readiness Program is a completely voluntary program that any MARDET may participate in.<br>
1. Aide-de-Camp - This billet is to acts as the Regimental Commanding Officers personal assistant, whose duties will be but not limited to help with time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note taking, etc…
2. This program is to be jointly administered by the RMMC Academy at SIA and COMFORCECOM. Specifics of administering this program shall be determined by the RMMC Academy and COMFORCECOM.<br>
2. Staff Intelligence Officer - This billet is responsible for Special Projects within the Regiment.

3. Staff Communications Officer - This billet is responsible for communications within the Regiment via various media.
1. For an MARDET to be eligible for the Combat Readiness Program, seventy-five (75) percent of the Marines in an MARDET must have obtained the either the Enlisted or Officer Space Warfare Pin.<br>
4. Regimental Training Officer – This billet is responsible for coordinating training within a Regiment. This includes PT, Drill, and testing through the various academies within tRMN.

Regimental Commanders may not promote anyone within their Regiment, except in cases where they are filling staff positions within their own staff. In that case, they may brevet RMMC personnel up to and including the enlisted rank of First Sergeant and Major for officers. All brevets must be approved by COMFORCECOM BEFORE any public announcements are made.

Re: MARDET Combat Readiness Program (Corps Directive 03-1611)

One of my goals as Marshal of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps is not only to build out the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps but also find a way to increase participation in various areas within the organization.
Therefore, as of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby institute the MARDET Combat Readiness Program within the RMMC.

Royal Manticoran Marine Corps Combat Readiness Program

General:
1. The RMMC Combat Readiness Program is a completely voluntary program that any MARDET may participate in.
2. This program is to be jointly administered by the RMMC Academy at SIA and COMFORCECOM. Specifics of administering this program shall be determined by the RMMC Academy and COMFORCECOM.
Specifics:
1. For an MARDET to be eligible for the Combat Readiness Program, seventy-five (75) percent of the Marines in an MARDET must have obtained the either the Enlisted or Officer Space Warfare Pin.
