Directive 012-19[1]

10 July 2019

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby award Home Under Secretary Director of Intelligence Wayne Bruns the Foreign Minister’s Award (FMA).

For exceptional and extraordinary meritorious services as the Star Kingdom University System Regent, from 2017 to Dec 2018 . Director of Intelligence Bruns’ exemplary performance and dedication to duty was key in the development of the civilian education program that we all benefit from today.


During this period, Director of Intelligence Bruns demonstrated exceptional leadership and professional qualities by taking on many additional roles that included writing many of the existing Landing University and Mannheim University courses, taking on the roles of a temporary instructors, acting as arbitrator, and generously giving of his time to mentor new instructors joining the civilian education program. Director Bruns continues to cover two series of courses at Star Kingdom University.


Director of Intelligence Bruns’ distinctive accomplishments reflect great credit upon himself, the Star Kingdom of Manticore and The Royal Manticoran Navy Inc.


I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Foreign Ministers Award for their service in this position.
