Thank you to all involved for their patience when it comes to these awards; some have been delayed due to real-life circumstances and communications issues. However, the Third Fleet Staff remains dedicated to seeing that all our personnel receive the recognition they deserve. With that in mind, I am proud to issue the following awards:
