If there is a place for it, here is the script used for the first KSK investiture ceremony in 2013:

Herald:ELIZABETH Adrienne Samantha Annette Winton, Grand Commander of the Order of King  Roger, Grand Commander of the Order of Queen Elizabeth I, Grand Commander of the Order of the Golden Lion, Baroness of Crystal Pine, Baroness of White Sand, Countess of Tannerman, Countess of High Garnet, Grand Duchess of Basilisk, Princess Protector of the Realm, by God's grace and the will of Parliament, Queen Elizabeth III of the Star Kingdom of Manticore, and Empress Elizabeth I of the Star Empire of Manticore
To all and singular to whom these presents shall come: GREETINGS
WHEREAS Our right trusty and entirely well-beloved cousins and counselors David   Weber, Duke of Leutzen Vale, Sir Martin Lessem, Duke of New Scania, and Sir Scott Akers, Earl of New Arkhangelsk have honored Us with great trust and obedience and in whom We find uprightness, steadfastness, diligence, and all other excellence, it is fitting that they should be raised to higher honor and more illustrious titles of dignity.
KNOW THEREFORE that We, considering the premises of Our especial grace and certain knowledge and mere motion do hereby promote, prefer, create, and establish the aforesaid Duke of Leutzen Vale, Duke of New Scania and Earl of New Arkhangelsk to the state, rank, style, dignity, title and honour of Knights of the Most Noble Order of the Star Kingdom with all and singular the pre-eminences, privileges, precedencies, and honors appertaining to that most ancient knighthood and order, and further, that this honor be inherited by their heirs general for all generations to come. 
In witness whereof, We have caused these, Our letters to be made patent under Our Great Seal.  Given at our Palace of Mount Royal on this the Third Day of Eighth month in the 300th Year After Landing.  GOD SAVE THE QUEEN!  
Herald:  My Lords, are you willing at this time to swear an oath to uphold the statutes of the Order of the Star Kingdom, said statutes being agreeable to the laws of the realm and of almighty God?
Candidates:  (answer in the affirmative)
The BOOK(s) is/are brought forward and candidate places his left hand on it while   raising his right hand.
Herald: You being chosen to be of the Honourable Company of the Most Noble Order of the Star Kingdom, shall promise and swear, that wittlingly or willingly you shall not break any Statutes of the said Order, nor any article in them contained (except in such from which you have received a dispensation from the Sovereign), the same being agreeable and not repugnant to the Laws of Almighty God, and the Laws of this realm, as farforth as to you 
 belong and appertain, so help you God?
Candidates: (answer in the affirmative)
Herald:  Summon forth the insignia.   (Bearer into position) 
My Lords, the Companions of the Order of the Star Kingdom hath received  you as their Brothers and Fellows, and in token of this, Her Majesty commands that you each in turn be given and  this present ensign of said Noble Order. 
Herald: Receive this mantle of heavenly color, the livery of the Most Noble Order, in augmentation of your honor, ennobled with the star of Manticore, in the name of which may you be ever victorious over all enemies of the Star Kingdom and, being in this temporal warfare glorious in egregious and heroic actions, you may obtain eternal and triumphant joy. 
Herald: It has pleased Her Majesty the Queen to deputize Her Grace the Duchess of Leutzen Vale to bestow the accolade.
Sharon:  Kneel, my lord!   In the name of Her Majesty and the Star Kingdom of Manticore, I hereby dub thee Knight of the Order of the Star Kingdom.  Arise, Sir David (Martin, Scott)! 
Herald: God save our gracious Sovereign and all Companions, present and departed, of the Most Honorable and Noble Order of the Star Kingdom

I disagree with the order of information shown for each member. The current job title or billet should be last instead of first: [RANK] Sir [NAME], KSK, [PEERAGE TITLE], [BILLET] Or don't put the billet in at all in this context. JNeitz (talk) 13:40, 8 November 2016 (PST)
