Re:	Appointment of Chief of Staff, Second Fleet GRYPHON FLEET ORDER 1911-D, 18NOV19

Effective 18 November, 2019, Captain (JG) Zachary McCauley, OG, ME, CBM is hereby appointed Chief of Staff, Second Fleet. Commensurate with his new duties, CAPTJG McCauley is hereby promoted to Captain, Senior Grade.

Captain, SG McCauley, repair aboard the flagship to take up your duties, and congratulations on your promotion.
