Effective 10 September 2019, Lieutenant (JG) Jim MCCOY, RMN is hereby appointed Flag Lieutenant, Second (Gryphon) Fleet.
LTJG McCoy, you are hereby directed and required to repair aboard the flag to take up the staff duties of Fleet Flag Lieutenant.
