Second Fleet Order 1807-A

Fleet Order 1807-A was issued on July 12 2018 by Commanding Officer Second Fleet. This order appointed David Oliver Kling to the billet of Intelligence Officer on the staff of Second Fleet and promoted him to the rank of Lieutenant Commander.

Re:	Appointment of Staff Intelligence Officer: Kling, D. GRYPHON FLEET ORDER 1807-A 12JUL2018

PO1 David Oliver KLING, HMS Galahad, is hereby appointed to the staff of Second Fleet in the billet of Intelligence Officer and, commensurate with the duties of said billet, is commissioned as a Queen's Officer with the rank of Lieutenant Commander.

LCDR Kling, repair aboard the flag to receive further orders.

I wish to thank CAPTSG Jackie Snedden for her long and exemplary service as Intelligence Officer and wish her the best in her new role as commanding officer, Task Group 22.1.
