Lieutenant Commander Michael TIMKO, HMLAC Abraxas, represented the Royal Manticoran Navy by participating in recruiting table operations with the Federation ship USS Navigator at All AmeriCon 7 in Warren, OH, 10 July 2016, wearing a mix of Starfleet insignia and his TRMN convention wear. Effective 03 August, 2016 Lieutenant Commander Timko is hereby awarded the PRISONER OF WAR MEDAL and authorized to wear the POW ribbon.
