San Martino Fleet Order 1811-16 was issued 16 November 2018 by RADM Sir Michael Romero. This order is regarding Fleet Staff Appointments.

As of this writing, Captain of the List Peter Howdeshell is appointed DEPUTY COMMANDING OFFICER of Third Fleet. Accordingly, he is hereby advanced to the rank of COMMODORE, effective immediately. Congratulations, and good luck in your new billet!
Commodore John Gahrmann is thanked for his service in the DCO billet (the goal of which is to rotate among senior officers every 18 months or so), and remains a valued advisor among the fleet's Echelon CO's. He is also awarded the CONSPICUOUS BRAVERY MEDAL for his service as DCO.
As of this writing, Captain Junior Grade Angela Clayton is appointed CHIEF OF STAFF of Third Fleet...again. Congratulations on returning to this billet, and I look forward to some of the shared successes we had back in my FSMCPO days!
Captain Jamison Silinsky is thanked for his service in the CoS billet, and reminded that when real world commitments permit, he always has a place among the San Martino Fleet. He is also awarded the STEEL CROSS OF COURAGE for his service as CoS.
