From:	General Sutherland, KSK, KDE, MC, OG, NS, DSO
Re:	Establishment and Activation of the Oldham Regiment (20RGT)(FORCEORDER 2212-A)

By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby authorize the following Regimental activation effective 3 December 2022.

Marine Forces Command hereby activates The Oldham Regiment (20th RMMC Regiment), and places the following Marines in command:

Commanding Officer – Lieutenant Colonel William J Kohlleppel, RMMC
Deputy Commanding Officer – Colonel Shawn Merrow, RMMC

I hereby authorize the following brevets under Corps Directive 02-2204 and Corps Directive 03-2204:

William J Kohlleppel to Colonel (O-6)

The Oldham Regiment is a successor Regiment of Lynx Regiment (10RGT) and uses the green/black background and silver/gray emblem as its parent Regiment. The Regiment is named in honor of Warrant Officer 1 Barbara Oldham, RMN.

The Oldham Regiment is assigned to the 10th Expeditionary Force (10EXFOR) and encompass all Marine Detachments in Oregon and Washington States.
