Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 2, 2019, it is my duty to announce the brevet of the Sergeant Major of the 1st RMMC Rifle Regiment, The Manticore Guard Regiment.

Staff Sergeant Horacio Capella is brevetted to Sergeant Major, E-9 and officially assigned the billet of Sergeant Major of the 1st RMMC Rifle Regiment, The Manticore Guard Regiment.
