As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Consul General Oliver Kindzorra (RMN-3269-15) to the position of Provost of Landing University.
Consul General Kindzorra, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of Landing University, Star Kingdom University System, Landing City, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as Provost Landing University, reporting to the Regent of the Star Kingdom University System.
I would like to thank Captain(jg) Stephen Nemer for his service as Provost of Landing University. I wish you the best in all of your endeavors.
