As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Private Evan Roth RMMC(RMN-5297-18) to the position of Senior Civil Servant of King's College, and is promoted to the rank of E-7 Master Sergeant.
Master Sergeant Roth, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of Landing University, Star Kingdom University System, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as Senior Civil Servant of King's College,where you will report to Provost Minister Resident Amanda Barrow, Deputy Regent of the Star Kingdom University System.
