As of the date of this order, Commander Peter West is entrusted with the authority to manage the Intelligence School, helping the students to understand how Intelligence can give advantage aboard ships. Commander West you are hereby ordered to report to your superior Commander Davenport, post haste to your new position to assume your duties.
