BuTrain Order 011-22 was issued on 18 January, 2022 by the Commandant of Saganami Island Academy's Technical Specialties College. This order appointed the Astrogation Chair to that institution.

Senior Chief Coxswain Timber Lupindo, RMN (RMN-5405-18) of HMS Medusa is hereby appointed to the position of Astrogation Chair, Saganami Island Technical Specialties College. SCCOX Lupindo is ordered to immediately assume his station.
We also express our thanks to Captain David Bell, GSN for his dedicated service as Astrogation Chair and wish him the best in his future endeavors.
