BuShips Directive 2106-05 was issued on 28 June 2021 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new commanding officer and executive officer for HMS Rigel (BC-591).

Lieutenant Commander Vicchitto:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Rigel (BC-591), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving Captain Junior Grade Alice Fawcett, OG, ME, CGM, EM, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The following personnel have been assigned to your command and are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Rigel (BC-591), there to take upon themselves the following duties and responsibilities below:
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby breveted to the rank of CAPTAIN JUNIOR GRADE, RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 28 June 2021.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Captain Junior Grade Fawcett for her service as Commanding Officer of Rigel and wish her all success as her new Executive Officer.
