BuShips Directive 1809-13 was issued 20 September 2018 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This recommissions HMS Beowulf (BC-739).

Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 20 September 2018, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the re-commissioning of HMS Beowulf (BC-739). This is a Nike-class Battlecruiser and is assigned to the Second Fleet (Lansing, Michigan).
The following Naval personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Beowulf (BC-739):

Subsequent to the commissioning, HMS Tornado (DD-488) shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following an inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. The vessel shall be made available for recommissioning at a later date.
