BuShips Directive 1808-02 was issued 01 August 2018 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive decommissioned HMS Intrepid (SD-463).

CAPTSG Schoonover:
The following personnel are assigned to your command, HMS Enterprise (BC-480) in the defined capacities:
- PO2 Richard Clark, GSN (RMN-0699-12), is assigned as Bosun, relieving SCPO Damon Schoonover. Petty Officer Clark is hereby breveted to the rank of CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, GSN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 01 August 2018.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Senior Chief Petty Officer Schoonover for his service as the Bosun of Enterprise.
