BuShips Directive 1611-20 was issued 30 November 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive decommissions ten ships across the RMN and GSN.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby decommission the following ships. Unless noted, these vessels are hereby returned to the shipyards for refitting and made available for future as may be required by the needs of the service:
- HMS Phantom (CLAC-89)*
- HMS Alchemist (CA-272)
- HMS Ivanhoe (DD-480)
- HMS Vengeance (DD-11)
- HMS Wolfhound (DD-437)
All RMN crews currently assigned to these vessels are hereby transferred to HMSS Greenwich, all GSN Crews are transferred to GNSS Katherine Mayhew to await reassignment as may be needed or required.
This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 30-NOV-16
