Major Larry D. French Sr. (RMN-4305-17) of MARDET Demon is hereby appointed to the position of Commandant, Saganami Island Naval College. As a result of accepting this position, Major French is immediately promoted to the rank of Colonel with all the rights, privileges, and duties appertaining thereto.
Colonel French is ordered to report to Commodore Crews at the Saganami Island Naval Academy to assume his station.
