To: All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy, and all Officers and Enlisted in the Grayson Space Navy.

Re: Decommissioning HMS Devastation (BuShips Directive 1610-17)


As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I Decommission HMS Devastation (DD-44), and place the ship in the Reserve Fleet for future use as may be needed. The crew of this vessel is hereby transferred to {{#if:hcn
