My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on March 23, 2016, it is my duty to announce the change of command for {{#if:hcn
|HMS Leonidas (BC-584) |{{#if:BC-584 |HMS Leonidas |HMS Leonidas
}}}}. This is an Agamemnon Class Battlecruiser assigned to the Second Fleet (Morehead, MN).
The new Commanding Officer is:
- Captain, junior grade Jon Stout
The following persons are breveted in rank:
- Jon Stout to Captain, junior grade
NOTE: Ordinarily, a change of Command where the CO is residing in another Fleet’s area of operations would transfer the ship to that fleet. However, due to extenuating circumstances and other factors, HMS Leonidas will remain in Second Fleet even as her Captain resides in the First Fleet area of operations. This is a one-time change to normal policy and will not be repeated for any other ship absent similar circumstances.
