BuShips Directive 1511-15 was issued on 23 November 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes command of HMS Black Rose.

Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 23, 2015, it is my duty to announce the following change of Command for {{#if:hcn

}}}}. This ship is based in 10th Fleet (Portland, OR). The new Command Staff are as follows:
- Commander Mitch Dunn
- Chief Petty Officer Chris Ballowe
The Commanding Officer and crew remains unchanged at this time.
As of this date, the following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
- Mitch Dunn to Commander
- Chris Ballowe to Chief Petty Officer
