BuShips Directive 1511-07 was issued on 13 November 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes command of HMS Truculent.

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 13, 2015, it is my duty to announce a change of command for {{#if:hcn

}}}}. This is a Nike Class Battle Cruiser under the Command of Captain, j.g. Timothy Monk and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet.
The New (Acting) Command team is:
- Commander Mir Plemmons is hereby appointed Acting Commanding Officer
- Major Michael Durkin is hereby appointed Acting Executive Officer
The Bosun and remaining crew are unchanged at this time.
Commander Plemmons is directed to appoint and confirm a new, permanent, Command Team within 30 days and submit a formal Change of Command request to BuShips.
As of the date of this order, Michael Durkin is breveted to the rank of Major.
Additionally, Captain, junior grade Timothy Monk is hereby reduced in rank to his permanent rank of Commander.
