As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Spacer 2/C Sophia Bull to the position of Staff Communications NCO at the Bureau of Planning, effective 16-OCT-15.
Spacer Bull is now directed to report to the Bureau of Planning where you will immediately assume the duties of the Office of Communications. You are also hereby brevetted to Petty Officer 3rd Class.
