You are hereby ordered to report to the Office of the Second Space Lord, Admiralty House with all due haste and take up the duties and responsibilities of the position of Deputy Second Space Lord. In order to effectively carry out these duties you are therefore promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral of the Red, RMN.
