Lieutenant Commander Nathan Camarda, RMN, you are hearby appointed to Chief of Staff for the Bureau of Personnel. In accordance with the needs and responsibilities of the position, a brevet promotion to Captain (SG) is approved.
Please report to my office to take up your new duties.
