By my Authority as Deputy Commander Chief of Staff of the Royal Manticore Army, RSGM Marcus Easterly (RMN-3605-16) is hereby promoted to the rank of 03 Captain, having passed all required courses directed and required to assume the duties and position of Commanding Officer 9th Crimson Sands of the Royal Manticore Army Atmospheric Command transferring from the 1st Basic Training and Holding Company. Fail not in this charge at your peril
