Army Directive 2006-02 was issued 09 June 2020 under the authority of the Royal Manticoran Army Chief of Staff. It consists of three separate orders, each promoting a member of the RMA.

"By my Authority as Chief of Staff of the Royal Manticore Army, I hereby promote Major<ref>SIC. Should be Major General.</ref> Matthew Miller (RMN-1035-12)) to General such that he should hold the rank in keeping with the station to which he has been assigned and acquitted himself above and beyond the call of duty these last 6 months. This brevet promotion shall also serve to confirm General Miller in his post as Deputy Chief of Intelligence of the Royal Manticore Army..."
The above orders are effective as of 05th May 2020.
