Admiralty Order 1204-05 was issued April 26, 2012 by the First Lord of the Admiralty. It sets out the requirements to earn the Havenite Operational Service Medal.

As of the publication of this Admiralty Order, the following additions are implemented to the Awards:
Havenite Operational Service Medal This award is offered to those members who participate at an official Fleet Level function of The Royal Manticoran Navy on a Fleet or Chapter Level, such as a Fleet or Chapter meeting at a local convention. The key word here is participation, not attendance. The Member must have done more than simply attend (i.e., served on a panel, worked on the Security detail, etc.) A Fleet level function is any function which the Fleet Commander has designated as such, with or without their attendance.
Qualifying Groups: RMN, RMMC, RMA, GSN, Civilians
Issued (Authorized) by: Fleet/Corps/Army Commander
Frequency: Once per Year Maximum; Ten Issuance Maximum
This award is effective as of 01 April 2012 and can be retroactively awarded for events occurring in April, 2012
