Commander Prosser:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{#if:hcn

}}}}, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving Captain of the List Dame Jill McTavish, KSK, KDR, KDE, Countess Miyake-Jima, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Pursuant to your new position, you are hereby breveted to the rank of CAPTAIN JUNIOR GRADE, RMN with all the rights and privileges thereof.
The following personnel have been assigned to your command, are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Valkyrie (SD-355), there to take upon themselves the duties and responsibilities below:
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Countess Miyake-Jima for her service as Commanding Officer of the Valkyrie and wish her all success in her future endeavors. As of the date of this order, she is fully reinstated to her previous permanent rank of COMMODORE, RMN with all the rights and privileges thereof.
The above directive is effective on this date, 16 November 2023.
