BuShips Directive 1903-10 was issued on 20 March 2019 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new commanding officer for HMS Galahad.

You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{#if:hcn

}}}}, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving Captain Nicholas Hurst, GSN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of LIEUTENANT COMMANDER, RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 20 March 2019.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Captain Hurst for his service as Commanding Officer of HMS Galahad and wish him all success in his future endeavors.
