Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 10 September 2018, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the commissioning of RHNS Victoire (CL-3988), This is a Frigate-class Light Cruiser and is assigned to Sixth Fleet (Bacliff, Texas, USA).
The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to RHNS Victoire (CL-3988):
- CDR Marvin Wooten, RHN (assigned as CO, RHNS Victoire)
- OB Heinrich Tien Vonderheyde, IAN (assigned as XO, RHNS Victoire)
- CPO Richard Bradley, RHN (assigned as Bosun, RHNS Victoire)
- ENS Patricia Bradley, RHN
- S1C Penelope McFadin, RHN
- S2C John David Bowman, RHN
- S3C Daniel Fiddick, RMN
- S3C Breon Vonderheyde, IAN
The following brevets are hereby authorized:
- Heinrich Tien Vonderheyde to KORVETTENKAPITÄN, IAN
Subsequent to this commissioning, RHLAC Jade Scorpion (LAC-001) shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. This vessel shall be made available for recommissioning at a later date.
