My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on February 3, 2016, it is my duty to announce the Change of Command for {{#if:hcn
|HMS Heracles (BC-566) |{{#if:BC-566 |HMS Heracles |HMS Heracles
}}}}. This is an Agamemnon Class Battlecruiser and is assigned to the First Fleet, based in Parkville, MD.
New Command crew is:
- Captain, junior grade William Becker (assigned as CO, HMS Heracles)
- CPO James Sprouse (assigned as Bosun, HMS Heracles)
The XO and remaining crew are unchanged at this time.
As of this date, the following additional personnel are breveted in rank:
- William Becker to Captain, junior grade
