Directive 21NO-01.01: You are directed and required to assume command of the Eighth Naval District of the Royal Manticoran Navy, relieving ADM His Most Noble Grace, The Duke of Mountain View, The Most Honorable Earl of New Essex, Sir Robert Bulkeley, Jr., KSK, KCR, MC, SC, OR, OG, DSO, CGM, GS, RMN. Fail not in this duty at your peril.
Directive 21NO-01.02: Fleet Admiral of the Red Her Most Noble Grace The Duchess of Split Rock, Dame Laura Lochen, wishes to express appreciation and thanks to ADM Mountain View for his dedicated and stalwart service to the Eighth Naval District, on behalf of this Office, and on behalf of Her Majesty.
The above directives are issued with an effective date of 01 November 2021.
