Commander Peter West, RHN (RMN-1572-13) of RHSS Javier Giscard is hereby appointed to the position of Command Chair, Saganami Island Technical Specialties College. CMDR West is ordered to immediately assume his station.
We also express our thanks to Captain (JG) Patrick Lindsley, RMN for his dedicated service as Command Chair and wish him the best in his future endeavors.
