}}}} was a Saganami-B-class Heavy Cruiser within Third Fleet. Commanded by CAPTSG Mark Polanis, Justicar claimed Winston Salem, NC as her charter city.
History
Initially entering commission in May of 2017, Justicar began service assigned to Victoria Station in Tenth Fleet, out of Nanaimo, BC, Canada under the command of then-Junior Grade Captain Sir Mark Gledhill, KDE<ref name="BSD170503">BuShips Directive 1705-03</ref>; this was an upgrade for the crew of {{#if:
|HMS Avalon (CL-395) |{{#if:CL-395 |HMS Avalon |HMS Avalon
}}}}, which was turned over to the Active Reserve for reassignment. A year later, almost to the day, the crew of HMS Justicar was once again upgraded, this time to {{#if:
|HMS Centaur (CLAC-02) |{{#if:CLAC-02 |HMS Centaur |HMS Centaur
}}}}, sending Justicar herself to the Active Reserve to await reassignment.<ref name="BSD180501">BuShips Directive 1805-01</ref>
In November of 2020, this came to pass within Third Fleet, out of Winston Salem, North Carolina under the command of Captain of the List, once again returning Avalon to the Active Reserve.<ref name="BSD201105">BuShips Directive 2011-05</ref> And much like her preceding crew, May seems to be a good month, as in May of 2021, the crew of this iteration of Justicar moved up to the battlecruiser {{#if:
|HMS Reliant (BC-401) |{{#if:BC-401 |HMS Reliant |HMS Reliant
}}}}. Once again, HMS Justicar was transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, where she has remained since.<ref name="BSD210501">BuShips Directive 2105-01</ref>
