You are hereby directed and required to report to Captain (JG) Doss Buckalew, Commanding Officer, Administration Command, in your new capacity as the Director of the Office of Records. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
To discharge your required duties of this office, you are brevetted to the rank of LIEUTENANT COMMANDER, RMN.
The above orders are effective this date, 2 May 2017.
