Attention:
With the authority granted by the First Space Lord, Fleet Admiral of the Green New Mecklenburg, inasmuch as the Third Space Lord shall be in attendance at the previously-scheduled Fleet Exercise BayCon 2017 in San Mateo, California (http://baycon.org/bcwp/), this Exercise is formally declared as the Third Space Lord's Admiralty House Event.
This declaration makes the Havenite War Campaign Medal available to all those who qualify by making sufficient contribution(s) to the success of the event as stipulated by the Bureau of Personnel.
