As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Brigadier General Les Rickard to the position of Staff Administrative Officer, COMFORCECOM, RMMC.

Brigadier General Les Rickard, you are hereby ordered to London Point, Saganami Island, Manticore, post haste. There you will assume the office of Staff Administrative Officer, COMFORCECOM, RMMC.
