BuShips Directive 1902-06B was issued on 21 February 2019 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive orders changes in command for HMS Ajax.

Commander Klein-Lebbink:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{#if:hcn

}}}}, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving Captain (SG) Jackie Snedden, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The following personnel are assigned to your command, {{#if:hcn

}}}} in the defined capacities:
- S1C Thomas Hathaway IV, RMN (RMN-5373-18), is assigned as Executive Officer. S1C Hathaway is hereby breveted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
- PO2 Patrick Houseman, RMN (RMN-2857-15), is assigned as Bosun. PO2 is hereby breveted to the rank of CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, RMN.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of CAPTAIN (JG), RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 21 February 2019.
