BuShips Directive 2103-03 was issued on 30 March 2021 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive re-commissions HMS Diomedes.

Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 30 March 2021, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the re-commissioning of HMS Diomedes. This is an Agamemnon-Class Battlecruiser and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet AOR (El Cajon, California).
The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Diomedes:
- CAPT(JG) Timothy Simpson (assigned as CO)
- CDR Jessica Ackerson (assigned as XO)
- SCPO Kyle Joynt (assigned as Bosun)

Based upon the requirements of the service the following brevets are approved:
Subsequent to the recommissioning, HMS Kodiak Max shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following an inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. The vessel shall be made available for recommission at a later date.
