Admiralty Order 2103-03 was issued 28 Mar 2021 by the First Lord of the Admiralty. This order makes changes to the Sphinxian Forestry Commission.

As of the publication of this Order, the following is effective:
- The rank of Senior Cadet is now known as Probationary Ranger
- Additionally, further development in the SFC will occur via Policy Document issues by the Office of the Commissioner of the Sphinxian Forester Commission.
