Re:	Appointment as Chief Yeoman to the First Space Lord (Naval Directive 22JY-02)

Spacer Toland:

Directive 22JY-02.01: You are appointed as the Chief Yeoman to the First Space Lord of the Royal Manticoran Navy, Her Most Noble Grace, The Duchess of Split Rock, The Right Honorable The Baroness La Mancha, Fleet Admiral of the Red Dame Laura Lochen, reporting to the Chief of Staff for the First Space Lord. Fail not in this duty at your peril.

Directive 22JY-02.02: In recognition of your willingness to serve, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, RMN.

These directives are issued with immediate effect.
