As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Captain Evan W Roth, KDE, RMMC to the position of Dean - Kings College, Landing University, Star Kingdom University System
Based on the requirements of the service for your new billet you are promoted to the rank of Major (04), RMMC
Major Roth, you are ordered to report to the offices of Kings College, Landing University, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as Dean - Kings College, where you will report to The Rt. Hon. Amanda Barrow, OGL, MR, CGM, PC - Regent, Star Kingdom University System.
Effective Date 16 May 2019
