Lieutenant Commander Clark:

By the authority of the Third Space Lord, Admiral of the Green Lord Sir John Roberts, KDE, OR, SC, Earl New Mecklenburg, the following personnel are to be assigned and/or breveted accordingly:

• S2C Chris Tolbert, RMN, is hereby appointed as Executive Officer, relieving LTSG Nichole DeWald, RMN.

Furthermore, due to BuShips policy regarding billeting and/or training eligibility, the following adjustments to rank are hereby ordered:

• S2C Chris Tolbert, RMN, is hereby brevetted to the rank of LIEUTENANT (SG), RMN.
• LTSG Nichole DeWald, RMN, is hereby reduced to the enlisted rank of CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, RMN.

The above orders are effective on this date, 7 September 2016.
