By the authority of the Third Space Lord, Admiral of the Green Lord Sir John Roberts, KDE, SC, OR, Earl New Mecklenburg, you are hereby requested and required to proceed to {{#if:hcn

}}}}, a Medusa-class Pod-laying Superdreadnought currently on station within Tenth Fleet, and assume permanent command, relieving Commodore Sir Joseph Harney, KDE, RMN. You are hereby brevetted to the rank of CAPTAIN (JG), RMN, in accordance with BuShips policy with respect to assuming command of a Battlecruiser type vessel.

Furthermore, the following personnel are hereby appointed to the following billets:

• ENS Kevin Powers, RMN, is appointed as Ship's Bosun and is subsequently reduced to the enlisted ranks as a CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, RMN.

The Bureau of Ships wishes to thank Sir Joseph for his tenure as Commanding Officer of HMS Chainshot and HMS Revenge, and wish him luck in his new capacity as Squadron Commanding Officer.

The above orders are effective on this date, 3 September 2016.
